We are a family owned business and offer a relaxed and enjoyable environment. However, for everyone’s enjoyment and safety there are few things you ought to know:
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- All Reservations are non-refundable
- Stays of 3 nights or more require a deposit equal to 50% of the total balance due at the time the reservation is made. For a one- or 2-night’s stay, a 100% deposit is required.
- Reservations within 14 days of arrival shall be charged in full
- Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the check-in date will be charged in full.
- Reservations thru Expedia and Bookings.com are non-refundable
- All cancellations will be charged a $35 handling fee.
- Large group reservations are subject to $500 security deposit refundable after checkout
Taxes
- For stays of less than one week, an 11% tax will apply to all rates
- Stays of one month and longer will not be taxed
Smoking
All our rooms are cabins are smoke free
Smoking is not allowed in Mansion rooms, Suites or common areas
Smoking is not allowed inside cabins
Smoking is allowed on private decks outside areas only.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in Mansion or Mansion Rooms and Suites
Pets allowed in designated cabins only

A one-time $75 pet cleaning fee applies

Check in time is 3 p.m.
Check out time is 11 a.m.

Pool and Grounds
- The use of the pool and grounds amenities is at your own risk.
- Guests must sign Pool Waiver and rules acknowledgement at check-in
- Follow Social distancing rules and signs
- Two adults must be on pool deck at all times when children are swimming
- Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Pool has no lifeguard on duty.
- Parking is permitted in designated parking spaces
- Pool and parking are for registered guests only
